Shri Vinodh Kumar's educational foundation was laid at A.M. Jain College in Chennai, where he earned his bachelor's degree in 1990. His passion for business management and corporate governance led him to undergo specialized training at the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad. Involvement in Family Business:

Being the younger son of Sri N. Sugalchand Jain, Shri Vinodh Kumar joined the family business in 1990 and quickly emerged as an integral part of its management. Over the course of more than three decades, he has been actively engaged in overseeing various facets of the Sugal Group's diversified interests. Founded in 1971, the Sugal Group has ventured into multiple sectors, including Real Estate & Warehousing, Lottery & Gaming, Information Technology, Shares & Commodity Broking, and Education.

• Inaugurated in 2019, Maharishi Vidya Mandir, a component of the GanadipathyTulsi's Jain Engineering College, has been established to provide high-quality schooling.
