Managing Trustee

Shri Prasanchand Jain is the eldest son of Shri Sugalchand Jain.Shri Jain, a Commerce graduate, started his career in the year 1987. He is the Managing Trustee of the Bhagwan Mahaveer Foundation, which has instituted the Mahaveer Awards for excellence in human endeavour in the fields of Non-Violence & Vegetarianism, Education, Medicine, Community & Social Service and women Social Entrepreneur/ Achiever with Indian Values.

Shri Prasanchand manages the Mahaveer Institute of Technlogy and Science (MITS) at Jadan, Rajasthan as its Managing Trustee admirably. He is also looking after Ganadipathy Tulsi's Jain Engineering College, at Vellore in Tamil Nadu, as its Secretary. He is also a Trustee in Singhvi Charitable Trust, Vidhya Jyothi Trust & JainsIndia Trust. Shri Jain is Promoter-Director of Skilrock Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sugal & Damani (SND) group).

He is presently heading a core management team responsible for the operation and management of different group companies/division. He is keenly involved in the corporate governance and charitable activities. Shri Jain has established leadership in lottery industry and played a vital role in expanding the group's varied business activities, such as, Information Technology, E-Commerece & Payment, and Real Estate. With his managerial skills, acumen and cordial relationship with clients and employees, he has carved out a niche for himself and developed a strong and dedicated team of professionals around him.

Shri Jain has also spearheaded the SND Group to explore foreign shores and to create a path for entrenchment of the group in it's core competence field involving lotteries, online gaming technology and commercial services. He represents SND Group and Sugal Group in several Charitable and Philanthropic organisations. He is also functioning as a Trustee of the Empathy Foundation that provides health care, drinking water, solar lights, sanitation to rural societies and schools.
